Tourism marketing for Latin America

More direct bookings for lodges, boutique hotels and nature experiences.

I help tourism businesses attract high-value travelers, generate direct bookings and rely less on OTAs. I combine 8 years in Digital Marketing with a background in Ecotourism.

The problem

Many tourism businesses offer incredible experiences. But rely too much on third parties to sell them.

OTA commissions

Booking, Expedia and other channels capture your sales, margin and direct relationship with the guest.

Low brand visibility

Travelers search for experiences, but often can't find your brand at the moment of decision.

Sites that don't convert

Beautiful pages, but with no clear messaging, calls to action, or tracking of real opportunities.

Irregular seasons

Concentrated demand, late campaigns and little strategy to fill the slow months.

How I work

A 4-stage methodology

01 — Diagnosis

I identify where you're losing bookings.

We review your business, your ideal guest and your current channels, without changing anything yet.

02 — Strategy

A solid plan before the platform.

We choose the channels, define how we'll measure every result, and get everything ready — site, tracking, ads and tools — before investing in advertising.

03 — Activation

Show up in front of the right traveler.

Campaign launch that drives direct bookings from your site or via message, measuring results from day one.

04 — Optimization

I adjust based on data, not intuition.

I review KPIs constantly and fix what isn't working, so the system keeps improving over time instead of stalling.

+ Ongoing advisory

We meet every 2 weeks to review results and help you with other marketing decisions.

About me

Tourism first. Marketing after.

I'm a certified Ecotourism manager and I've spent 8 years working in Digital Marketing. For years I kept them as separate worlds, until I understood they strengthen each other.

My work doesn't start from the platform, but from understanding how a tourism experience is actually sold: the destination, the season, the type of traveler, trust, and the real booking process.

Today I work from Chile with tourism projects across different Latin American countries, helping them build their own booking-generation systems.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask me most.

It's the 4-stage process shown above — Diagnosis, Strategy, Activation and Optimization, month after month — plus ongoing advisory throughout the whole relationship, not just when we launch something new.
It depends on the goal, but the usual stack includes Google Ads and Meta Ads to attract travelers, SEO and content to rank your site without relying only on paid media, landing pages designed to turn visits into inquiries or bookings, and Google Analytics 4 together with Google Tag Manager to measure which campaign, channel or market generates each real booking. I choose the combination based on your property — I don't apply the same set of tools to a city hotel as to a remote lodge.
Yes. I work with tourism projects across different Latin American countries. The methodology is the same; what changes is the campaign setup, source markets and languages.
The first signs of traction arrive within the first few weeks after launching campaigns. Sustainable results in direct bookings and SEO tend to consolidate over a 3 to 6 month horizon, depending on the business's starting point.
The media budget (what's invested in Google and Meta) is separate from the management fee. We define it together based on goals, season and the business's capacity to take on bookings.
Yes. Much of the tourism work targets international markets, so campaigns, landing pages and reports can be managed in English and Spanish at the same time.
Ideally, an operating website (even if it needs improvement), access to your Google and social accounts, and clarity about your tourism product. If something's missing, we cover it during the diagnosis stage.
We talk about it openly. Sometimes it makes sense to complement each other, and sometimes an orderly transition is best. The first step is understanding what's working and what isn't, without disrupting the current operation.
